From September we'll be running yoga for kids.
It's really important to introduce children to mindfulness at an early age. Mindfulness increases concentration and gives kids a better idea of how to handle negative situations. They will learn breathing exercises and movement in a playful and fun environment and will learn tools on how to keep calm at school or at home when things get overwhelming.
What we hold most important about our classes is that they are fun and inclusive - this means that kids won't even realise they're learning valuable insight to carry with them through the rest of their lives.
