Do you feel like you've lost your spark a bit, or maybe you feel like you've managed to somehow lose a part of your identity having spent so long away from people and your usual activities? In this retreat we will help you rediscover your wonderful spark (and what better weekend to do that than on bonfire weekend!) In the supportive and non-judgemental company of other yogis, also on their journey of rediscovery, we create a safe space and environment to deepen your practice, relax and have a few laughs as we watch the fireworks make colourful patterns in the sky.
